Fortune Park Hotel

The room was quiet, the location was very close to the metro and the staff was very very nice and helpful. Restaurants at the hotel with great food.

Not really, it was a lovely experience.

Perfect for Dubai Expo2020/World's Fair! The metro is literally right in front. The service is great- but if you are coming from the U.S. ask how to use the electricity and how to have your room cleaned daily (no charge, but you need to flip a wall switch).

Indian food is great, Arab appetizers are good, the other food is not. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money.

Very friendly & helpful staff: front-desk, dining, housekeeping. Good selection of onsite dining choices. Daily live music and dance troupe. Walkable distance to grocery store, bus transportation, other restaurants. Convenient for DIP visitors.

Location remote from main roadways so takes a while to get transportation. Pricey food choices. Surrounding-road and access is messy & bit noisy due to ongoing metro construction. It will be very accessible once its done though.

The location is just outside the Dubai Investment Park metro station. The staffs are very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is superb! I also like how they upgraded our room from deluxe to executive for free!

The staying was very confortable, the hotel upgraded the room to a junior suite, the personnel are very professional

Breakfast is average

It’s a scam

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The hotel requested I send a photo of myself so the shuttle driver would recognize me at the airport. I did. Someone came up to me and showed me my photo in his phone. I got in the car and he took me to another hotel in Giza (Night Pyramid hotel). At the reception I tried to pay with my credit card and they told me the payment didn’t go thru, so I paid cash. Now I notice the charge in my card! They charged me twice. It was a scam. I’m very upset.

Good location, spacious and comfortable room with attentive staff

Near metro

Some essential items are lacking; soap, hand wash. Available TV channels with English movies are very limited

Clean

When I want to go shower there's no conditioner no toothpaste also it's empty box

Near to dip metro and great place for newly opened ratsky bar ,???

Bed sheet, pillow and comforter smell not good ?????

Fast checked in and reception they’re very helpful and room is very big and quiet and clean all good

All good i think

They gave me an upgrade to a private suite

I put down a security deposit of 100 AED, during check out time, I got to find out that I was charged 60 AED from my security deposit because there was stains on the sheets. This is the first time I've heard about something like that and honestly it made it seem like it was a cheap thing to do, a security deposit is when something is broken or not replaceable. You can't wash the bed sheets? Poor experience for me, I'm not pleased.

Staff and breakfast

Washroom not clean and water not clean in Washroom

The staff were friendly, and always around especially in the lobby and the breakfast restaurant.

There was minor inconsistencies, such as toothbrush being taken away and no replacement. The table was cleaned but not all the garbage was taken out all the time. The shower initially did not work, the room key stopped working the day before I was to check out. The staff in the Freddys was not always "on the ball". Requests ignored, even customers ignored except the ones they were friendly with.

Noisy. Staff moving furniture across tiled floors at 11.30 pm. Poor consideration for guests trying to sleep.

Location and the restaurant was great lovely dinner and breakfast

The hotel staff were really awful and stood behind the idea of rules and regulations .., I asked about hot water in the room and nothing was done about it so I then had a lukewarm shower in the morning …reception had informed the restaurant that we had to pay rather than add to our bill presumably because I had annoyed them on arrival by suggesting that they didn’t need my partners Emirates ID

Cleanliness helpfully staff

Tv is old and washroom not comfy

Fortune park DIP is gifted with very hard working, representable, respectful and professional crew. This crew cannot wait to treat the guests as kings since the moment they entered the reception. Special thanks to my friend Touhami who always make my trips very pleasant by his eager and professionalismThat was my fifth time enjoying my trip in Fortune Park DIP and definitely will continue visiting it for many more times. Thank you!

The place is huge. Nearby restaurants and groceries are available. They have also 24hrs restaurants in the hotel. I like that I can use the Smart TV to connect to my phone and watch movies.

Big room and cleanStaff is very helpful especially mr. Youssif the night manager
